Debtor/Creditor
The Debtor/Creditor Committee meets monthly, except over the summer, to discuss topics of interest in the bankruptcy and debtor-creditor fields. The section maintains a listserve to announce meetings and pass along items of interest. Participants include local bankruptcy court attorneys and clerks, bankruptcy trustees, attorneys, and staff.
