Join attorneys Stacey Smith and Kevin Burgess as they identify, explore and offer remedies to ubiquitous drafting errors in the retirement award sections of General Judgments. The two main retirement plan structures encountered in divorces will be covered through the use of flow charts, common scenario hypotheticals, practical drafting tips and sample MSA/General Judgment language. Mark Johnson Roberts, Deputy General Counsel for OSB will be on hand to highlight ethics tips. 3 CLE credits pending (2 General, 1 Ethics). Heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be provided.
