Sections
The LCBA Board of Directors maintains and supports a variety of LCBA Sections (formerly “Committees”)
BENEFITS
Sections are focused communities made up of LCBA members who gather together to strengthen relationships with others who practice in similar legal specialties or who have similar interests.
Sections provide more focused connections through subject and interest specific CLEs, community events or social events.
Each Section is expected to host no less than one event per year.

To become a Section member (no additional cost), contact the Section Chair listed below or select the section(s) you are interested in when you renew or join the LCBA.

BOARD LIAISONS
The LCBA Board of Directors supports each Section Chair by assigning a Board Liaison. The Board Liaison is the contact person within the Board of Directors for the Section Chair and will provide support in the form of information and potential funding. If you are a general member and have questions but are unable to reach a Section Chair, please reach out to the assigned Board Liaison.
